이 글을 보고 가슴이 뛰면 당신은 사업가 기질이 있습니다 사업을 하는 이유가 뭘까 단순히 돈을 많이 벌기 위해서라고 말하지만 사실 그 끝에는 행복이 있음 근데 사업을 해본 사람들은 알 거임 진짜 행복했던 순간이 돈이 들어온 순간만은 아니라는 걸 오히려 아이템 준비하면서 팀원들이랑 밤새고 샤워하면서도 일 생각하고 하루 종일 그 문제 하나에 몰입하던 때 몸은 힘든데 이상하게 꽉 차 있던 그 순간이 진짜 오래 기억에 남음 성과가 나왔을 때의 행복은 짧음 돈 벌었다 성공했다 벤츠 샀다 이런 기쁨은 분명 있지만 생각보다 오래가지 않음 며칠 지나면 다시 공허해질 수 있음 반대로 과정에 몰입했을 때의 행복은 다름 오늘도 하나 쌓았다 팀원들이랑 같이 끝까지 밀었다 내가 이 문제에 완전히 빠져 있었다 이 감각이 사업을 계속하게 만드는 힘에 가까움 돈을 따라가면 돈이 도망간다는 말도 그냥 청빈하게 살라는 말이 아닌 것 같음 결과만 바라보고 있으면 과정이 비어버리고 과정이 비면 좋은 결과도 오래 나오기 어려움 성공한 사람들은 대부분 성공만 외치다가 성공한 게 아니라 눈앞의 일을 미친 듯이 쌓다 보니 어느 순간 결과가 따라온 사람들임 벤츠를 매일 외쳐서 벤츠가 오는 게 아니라 매일 해야 할 일을 쌓고 몰입하고 버티고 개선하다 보니 어느 날 벤츠를 살 수 있는 상태가 되어 있는 것에 가까움 여기서 중요한 건 열정의 정의임 열정은 “나는 성공하고 싶다” “돈 많이 벌고 싶다” “남들에게 인정받고 싶다” 이런 게 아님 진짜 열정은 그 일을 할 때 자동으로 몰입되는 것임 이상하게 이 주제만 잡으면 시간이 빨리 가고 이 일만 하면 계속 생각나고 남들이 보기엔 힘든데 나는 이상하게 계속하게 되는 것 그게 열정에 가까움 대표가 꼭 멋있게 결제만 하고 뒤에서 지시만 해야 하는 게 아님 내가 강연할 때 가장 몰입된다면 대표라도 직접 강연하는 게 맞는 거고 내가 기획할 때 살아난다면 기획에 있어야 하고 내가 영업할 때 에너지가 생긴다면 영업에 있어야 함 사업은 멋있어 보이는 자리에 앉는 게임이 아니라 내가 가장 몰입할 수 있는 자리를 찾는 과정일지도 모름 그래서 이 글을 보고 가슴이 조금이라도 뛰면 그건 단순히 돈을 벌고 싶어서가 아니라 무언가에 몰입하고 싶은 사람일 가능성이 큼 사업가 기질은 돈을 좋아하는 마음보다 문제를 붙잡고 끝까지 파고들고 과정에서 이상하게 에너지를 얻는 성향에 더 가까운 듯함 결국 사업은 결과로 증명되지만 그 결과를 만드는 건 과정에 몰입하는 사람임 출처 유튜브- 라이프코드 LIFECODE
