Korean Style Short Ribs!
𝑰𝒏𝒔𝒕𝒓𝒖𝒄𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒔:
• Let it marinate in the fridge for 4hrs with a bottle of @trybachans Japanese BBQ Sauce
• Fire up the grill for some over the fire cooking
• Once hot, lower the grill grates and grill the ribs over direct heat
• Flip these every 30s to build up that crust and get a nice char
• These will be fully cooked after about 8-10min
