“What if some become poor by investing in God’s work?” The world says it’s a loss, but Heaven calls it a gain. Christ became poor for our sake, and when we give for His mission, we’re not losing, we’re securing eternal riches that no bank can hold, no thief can steal, and no fire can destroy. Your treasure is safest when it’s placed in God’s hands. #GodFirst #DynamicSteward #HeavenlyTreasure #FaithOverFear #KingdomInvesting #EternalRiches #LiveGenerously

Worry adds nothing, trust unlocks everything. The same God who feeds the birds knows exactly what you need. We all face moments of fear about “having enough.” But Jesus reminds us: worry adds nothing, while trust opens the door to peace. Hand your needs to God and watch His provision unfold. #GodFirst #DynamicSteward #GodProvides #FaithOverFear #TrustGod #NeverRunsDry #KingdomLiving #GraceAbounds #LiveGenerously

Smiles: The Smallest Act, The Greatest Impact This morning, I walked with @JoanneKebirungi, a true smile advocate. Even her T-shirt announced it, with the word “smiles” boldly printed on the back. I asked her what made her champion something so simple. “It’s the smallest thing we can give away, yet it has such transformative power,” she said. “Smiling lifts your mood instantly. It’s an act of kindness, an act of generosity. It’s good for our health. If we smiled more, we’d have less conflict in this world.” I was struck. How could something so effortless carry such weight? Science agrees with Joanne. Smiling: •Releases dopamine, serotonin, and endorphins, boosting mood and lowering stress. •Can reduce blood pressure and support heart health. •Strengthens the immune system. •Makes us more approachable, fostering trust and connection. •Even when life is hard, smiling can help us cope, offering hope and resilience. Her words reminded me of one of the lines in Kirk Franklin’s song Smile: “Even when it’s hurting, I smile.” Not to hide pain, but as an act of faith — a belief that things will get better. I also thought of the very first emoji, created in Japan in 1999: a simple smiley face. Across cultures and languages, a smile speaks instantly. As we walked, we passed another woman wearing a shirt that read, “Live generously.” And I thought: what could be more generous than a genuine smile? So today, if you have nothing else to give, give a smile. Start with the person in the mirror. Gift yourself one — and then pass it on. 😊 #GiftOfASmile #LiveGenerously #WalkTalkConnect

🍽️ Food for Thought: The Power of Giving 💪 1. Giving Honors God “Honor the Lord with your wealth, with the firstfruits of all your crops.” — Proverbs 3:9 When we give, we acknowledge God as our provider and place Him first. 2. Giving Changes You “It is more blessed to give than to receive.” — Acts 20:35 Generosity softens the heart, shapes your character, and reflects the nature of Christ. 3. Giving Multiplies “Give, and it will be given to you… For with the measure you use, it will be measured to you.” — Luke 6:38 God honors a generous heart. What you sow in faith comes back in many forms. 4. Giving is a Test of Trust “Each one must give as he has decided in his heart… for God loves a cheerful giver.” — 2 Corinthians 9:7 Giving reveals where your trust lies — in God or in your possessions. 5. Giving is Love in Action “If anyone has material possessions and sees a brother in need but has no pity… how can the love of God be in that person?” — 1 John 3:17 True love looks like open hands and a generous spirit. #BiblicalGiving #HeartOfGenerosity #CommonDesires #GiveFreely #CheerfulGiver #KingdomPrinciples #SpiritualGrowth #LiveGenerously

Everything around us says, “Get more. Do more. Have more.” But following Jesus flips that upside down. It’s not about getting—it’s about giving. Giving love. Giving time. Giving grace. That’s where real joy is found. Let’s keep living that out. #jesusisreal #givegrace #livegenerously #kingdommindset #christianliving #faithoverculture #vancouverwa #vancouverwashington #vancouverpdxliving #pastordanielfusco #encouragementdaily #walkinlove #bethelight

Can Giving Actually Make You Full? Proverbs 11:25 says: "A generous person will prosper; whoever refreshes others will be refreshed." This isn't just a principle. It’s a reflection of Jesus Himself. He gave everything, not to gain something, but to give us life. His generosity wasn’t measured in money, but in mercy, grace, and love poured out on the cross. When we live with open hands and hearts, we reflect the One who gave it all. In Christ, the more we pour out, the more He fills us. #LiveGenerously #JesusGaveAll #RefreshedInChrist

Living generously doesn’t merely mean giving away your money or volunteering your time, although those are great examples. It’s an attitude that involves opening yourself up to others, worrying less about yourself, and sharing your resources with loved ones and strangers alike. 1. Share Your Time One of the most precious gifts you can give is your time. There are many ways to give your time: volunteer at a school or a local event, or be present with a neighbor in need. 2. Give Compliments Freely Even the smallest kind word can brighten someone’s day if it’s given sincerely. A simple and genuine compliment costs you so little but can have a big positive effect on the recipient. 3. Offer Your Skills and Talents It’s practically guaranteed that you have some valuable skill that you can teach someone else. Or, if you’re an able-bodied, healthy person, there are likely old or sick people in your life who could use a hand with physical labor. 4. Forgive Quickly and Fully Quickly letting go of grudges and slights is a powerful act of generosity. If you’ve been blessed with people who love you for who you are, faults and all, then one way to pay that forward is to let go of any negative feelings toward others. 5. Practice Hospitality Inviting someone into your home and treating that person to a warm meal and good conversation is a true act of hospitality. As a good host, you should attend to your guest’s every need. 6. Assume the Very Best One act of generosity that many people often overlook is to make good assumptions about the actions and words of others. Those kinds of assumptions strengthen relationships and establish patterns of love and grace. 7. Donate to Worthy Causes Donating money is a classic example of generosity. Doing so not only creates a positive impact but also strengthens your connection to the values you cherish. 8. Be an Attentive Listener Listening well involves giving the most precious resource of all: your attention. Truly listening to someone requires you to focus and really care about what someone is saying. Because we don’t know how much time we have on this earth, let’s not wait to give of ourselves to others and to our communities. Set an example for generations to come. #LiveGenerously #SpreadKindness #TimeIsPriceless #ComplimentDaily #ForgiveAndGrow #ShareYourGifts #BeHospitable #ListenClosely #InspireGenerosity
