I built localproxy to handle authenticated proxies for scraping with #chromedp (or any automated browser that doesn't support authenticated proxies).
Just run:
localproxy --upstream http://user:pass@proxy.com:1234 --addr 127.0.0.1:8080
Then use http://127.0.0.1:8080
Done!

#LocalProxy - You don’t want your servers to get banned while they’re doing what they’re designed to do. The data they collect won’t be complete & If it changes from moment to moment, then all of it will be useless. You’ll have to set up new proxies & start the process over again

Open proxies can be accessed by anyone on the web, and they’re used to hide a person’s IP address. They are useful for making the user appear anonymous, which occur at varying degrees.
