Man that's what used to happen - you'd get the part and fix it. I remember when they wanted to sell us a new whole washing machine because the actuator for the lid close broke and it wouldn't start. I just put in a 2 inch bolt and a washer and locknut. It still works today.

Gotta put rotors on the kids 97 F250HD (5.8L).. I gotta pull the whole hub assembly. Trying to find out which locknut socket I need to order. Getting a lot of conflicting info. Seeing 2 5/8, 2 1/4.. some are saying it’s a 4 prong, some say it’s a 6 prong. I either need to get a whole set, or I’m gonna have to tear into it and see. Frustrating.
