I’m going to try a “Secret Student.” I will choose someone in my mind at start of day. Throughout day I will say “Oh I like how our Secret Student is...” or “I see my Secret Student...”Will announce in Closing Circle/celebrate if they were role model all day. #LookForRoleModels
