just had some oatmeal tea for td :)) lowk worried for the cal counts the upcoming days bc i dont rly have much lowcal food so i might be fasting but its okay 🫶🏽 ill probs just mess w portions
O meu eh bem lowcal, porem ele n fica tao consistente, mas eu gosto assim. O sabor é docinho e meio neutro, e ai vc saboriza, se vc quiser mais grosso tem q aumentar a aveia oq aumenta consideravelmente as kcals. Esse eu fiz gelado mas pode ser quente
oh konjac noodles and jello r very good aswell! but be careful with konjac noodles, theyre lowcal BECAUSE our body cant rlly digest them properly, so having too many of them could like… plug u… u know ;^; at least thats what i heard

lowcal telur pontianak recipe 🍛⭐️:
2 eggs (omelette or sunnyside), cook with a little margarine (no oil)
sauce: a bit of soy sauce, oyster sauce, chili, garlic (or garlic powder), pepper, salt/seasoning, and water
cook the eggs first. once done, pour the sauce over, add sliced tomatoes on top, then cover the pan for a bit.
