#LyftDirect is also doing pretty much the same thing. I think this may be #Payfare that’s causing the problem. They administer #LyftDirect and #DasherDirect

@AskLyft #lyft #lyftdirect WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH YOUR COMPANY. I requested call back from Lyft Direct at around 7/8pm. The site states callback within 2 hrs & you call back at MIDNIGHT and almost 2am. I try to answer from a dead sleep and there is noone there. WTF
