We wrapped up #mddnrscienceweek today with two events in Baltimore. The first focused on the equipment DNR scientists uses to monitor water quality, and the second was about the new MyCoast flooding app, where citizens can share flood photos. More info to come.

Yesterday officials toured this 55,000-panel solar site just outside Annapolis for #mddnrscienceweek. It's a former landfill that was filled and buried, then repurposed for green energy production

Today I’m coming to you from Maryland’s Albert Powell Fish Hatchery in Hagerstown where each one of these tanks houses about 18,000 trout. In about a year they’ll be 10-12 inches and ready to be added to streams. #mddnrscienceweek
