Pursuant to Deputy President Directive, @KindikiKithure this afternoon, I held a consultative meeting with the three clans of Mlaire, Mchanda and Mwayawa in Samburu, Kwale County in a bid to address the outstanding land dispute on the proposed Flagship Samburu Public Export Processing Zone.
The meeting agreed on an implementation roadmap, which includes signing a Memorandum of Understanding ensuring that their interests are well addressed.
I was accompanied by the Deputy Governor for Kwale County, Area MP, Area MCA, National Land Commission representative , Office of the Attorney General and office of the County Commissioner, among other stakeholders.@Waziri_Mvurya@StateHouseKenya@OurKwaleCounty@SpokespersonGoK@epzakenya
