CD301b陽性単球由来樹状細胞（moDC）が放射線治療抵抗性に関係してたのか！😳
放射線治療（RT）は全がん患者の50%以上に使用される主要治療法であるが、RTは免疫活性化作用と免疫抑制作用の両方を誘導する
↓
最終的な治療効果は腫瘍微小環境内の免疫応答に依存する🙆♂️🙅♂️
この論文では、メラノーマを題材に臨床的に近い「コンフォーマル放射線治療」に対する腫瘍の抵抗性機構を解析したものです🙌
コンフォーマルRTとは、腫瘍の形に合わせて放射線ビームを調節し、正常組織への被曝を最小限にしながら腫瘍へ高線量を照射する方法
これまでRT後に誘導される免疫抑制の中心的プレイヤーがTregであることは分かっていましたが、そのTregを生み出す細胞がCD301b陽性moDCであることを示しています🐀
さらに、これらのmoDCの蓄積には放射線抵抗性腫瘍細胞から分泌されるGM-CSFが必須であり、moDC除去やGM-CSF阻害によってメラノーマにおける放射線治療効果が大幅に改善！🎊
てなわけで、この論文から応用が期待される治療法はこんな感じですかね👇

Hated trapped why, modc i understand due to ending but trapped

History series was made by crowdfunding, they stumbled hard with Taiwanese fanbase (they hated trapped and the production lured the fans with MODC and its tragic ending)
