SN20 Product Update – MSPTech.ai Last week was a LOOONG one! Not only did we participate at the Endgame Conference (Amazing!), but we spent the 4 days immediately before that in Dallas at the largest MSP conference in the world showcasing our flagship product! Our goal at the conference was two-fold; 1.) Recon on the competition - Q: Are there strong competing products or do we have first mover advantage? A: Blue ocean baby! There was only one product that came remotely close to the tech we’ve created atop of sn20. Nothing close to our progress! To put that into perspective, we have built a foundation that touches each part of the IT Service company’s (MSP) daily operations where this single competing product is simply a bot that does a few operations on their service board. We’re talking light years ahead here.. 2.) Bring on our first paying clients: One of the biggest challenges that we face with MSPTech is that we provide a fully integrated solution to each MSP. This means that we integrate into all of the line-of-business applications they use to remotely monitor and manage each of their client endpoints as well as their service board and time/billing applications (to name a few). We have perfected this implementation with our Pilot MSPs and need to streamline an onboarding and integration process for the new MSP’s going forward. To accomplish this, we put together an “AI Mastermind Group” of 12 paying MSP owners that will receive discounted monthly rates to participate in this process. The 'sale' was that they get first access to the product, our team, and ‘hand holding’ so that we can document an ironclad onboarding process for all future MSP’s. The result: We sold the dream (product)! We have meetings throughout May with over a dozen MSPs across the US. Over the next few months, we will learn what we don’t know. We will ramp up sales/marketing. Our SaaS model will become its own beast. This was always the vision of SN20. Utilize our Incentive Mechanism toward constant R/D growth. Transfer that into our products that stand alone, outside of crypto, in their own vertical(s), generating monthly reoccurring revenue (MRR). This is the way.
