3 years ago, I visited the #festivalofeducation with a 3 week old baby.
I was the only one with a baby.
Three years later, I'm here again (minus the baby), but she's still present as I got to talk about her in panel with some incredible women with @WomenEd for #mtptproject

The hardest bit can be the mum guilt of feeling you / they are missing out. The difference I see in schools now compared to my first pregnancy in 2004/2005 is incredible. There is more to do but huge progress in the right direction thanks to the likes of #MTPTproject & #WomenEd

If one big academy improves things, others will follow.
