Positive thoughts to all #ManagersInPractice & #TeamGP today as we try and catch up after the outage on Friday. Systems are back but the backlog is massive.
We can't work any harder, so we will have to put in more hours to catch up - almost impossible given what we already do

Such an honour to represent @TheIGPM #ManagersinPractice and discuss our hopes and concerns for the future of #generalpractice.
@TheIGPM was formed and continues to be led by #practiceManagers who truly understand the challenges faced across the service.

I fell into the NHS in 2007 when I started managing the office of a GP surgery in Bedfordshire. I relocated to Hampshire in 2010, after working for the CCG , I returned to practice in 2016, becoming a partner in my current practice in Jan 2022. I look forward to meeting you!
