Ss played @quizlet live to get more acquainted with their Trig Identities reference sheet. Groups got super competitive! Then Ss took a Quizlet generated "test" to show individual understanding. #MatadorMath

Iβm so proud of my freshmen & their hard work! My 7th pd Algebra 1 class earned Lesson of The Week for their engagement in quadratic transformations. @KelleyMcCann5βs classes earned LOTW prior to that for their kite πͺ projects. Keep up the good work, #MatadorMath!

#MatadorMath Reintroducing abcd transformations with total body movement for quadratics with a round of Garza Says (inspired by @mathequalslove) with Alg1 Ss. Great formative assessment for Ts and visuals for Ss! We now know what we need to improve on...so we are going to do it!
