Answering publicly (with permission) a question I got via DM: MatrisomeAnalyzeR currently digests .csv, .tsv & .txt from,e.g., #EXCEL or #maxquant #proteomics, .tabular from @galaxyproject , raw .sky from #skyline and .rds for #scRNAseq #Seurat whole data! More to come too! 💪
