I'll tell you here do two yoga postures daily there times, which'll keep your back flexible as well as goodbye to spondylosis and your memory will become sharp: Cobra posture (Bhujanga Asana) and Fish posture (Matsyasana), if you could add good: Ardhamatsyandrasana (half fish).
