Diese Flächen vergrößern den Fussabdruck von Max im Cesar Becken um rund 15 Prozent. Das Kupferprojekt Cesar im Nordosten Kolumbiens erstreckt sich nun über 120 Kilometer (zuvor 90 Kilometer) entlang des Streichens in nord-nordöstlicher/süd-südwestlicher Richtung. Darüber hinaus hat Max im Rahmen eines Aktientausches mit dem unabhängigen kanadischen Unternehmen Bay Street Minerals Corp. die zugrundeliegenden dreiprozentigen Lizenzgebühren (Royalties) in Verbindung mit 19 Bergbaukonzessionen und 31 Anträgen auf Bergbaukonzessionen für das Projekt Cesar erworben.

ALT Following recent successes through airborne exploration, Max Resource Corp (TSXV: MAX: FRA: M1D2) has strategically expanded its large land position in Colombia’s Cesar Basin further. The company announced that Max Resource has acquired an additional 12 concessions totalling 132 km². These areas increase Max’s footprint in the Cesar Basin by around 15 per cent. The Cesar copper project in northeastern Colombia now extends over 120 kilometres (previously 90 kilometres) along strike in a north-northeast/south-southwest direction In addition, Max has acquired the underlying three per cent royalties associated with 19 mining concessions and 31 mining concession applications for the Cesar project in a share exchange with independent Canadian company Bay Street Minerals Corp. The shareholders of Bay Street Minerals will receive 14 million common shares in the capital of Max as consideration.

ALT Large-scale airborne exploration using magnetic radiometrics at the Cesar copper-silver project in northeastern Colombia is proving highly effective for Max Resource Corp (TSX.V: MAX; OTC: MXROF; FRA: M1D2). Recent surveys over 4,000 line kilometres on the AM district in the north of the 90km Cesar Belt have identified four new targets. This brings the total number of targets on the AM project to 12, and the success of the measurements has prompted Max to extend the airborne reconnaissance by a further 6,000 line kilometres. The new survey will cover all three districts of the Cesar project: AM, Conejo and URU.

ALT After the share price of copper explorer Max Resource (WKN A2PT41 / TSXV MAX) was able to break out of the long-term downward trend in June, the upward movement has stabilized and is heading upwards above the blue trend line. The breakout through the 100-day line in July was meanwhile confirmed by the successful back-test from above at the end of August. Currently, the price is finding support from the gray line, which has acted as resistance several times in the past months. While the 200-day line is unfortunately still falling, the 100-day line fortunately managed to rise again at the beginning of September – all in all, the two average lines are neutral.
