You could barely see Jake Kneen who was sunken in the bunker on 17. He was up 1 after a bogey on 16 and a double by Wilkes-Krier. Heck of a blast out by the former @oaklandu standout . Leads the #MichiganOpen by 3 with one to play . Was down 5 shots to start the final round

And with this par putt on #10, Jake Kneen , 2018 #MichiganOpen champ , turned a 5 shot starting final round deficit into a one shot lead over Patrick Wilkes-Krier. Kneen 1 under thru 10 (-9 overall), Wilkes-Krier 5 over thru 10 (-8 overall) in super windy conditions.

After just missing his par putt on 17, Joe Juszczyk had this for birdie on 18 to tie the all time #MichiganOpen record . It didn’t go in , but what an incredible 63 and second place all by himself heading into the 3rd round

Not many places as majestic as @GTResort & not many golf ⛳️ events as special or as fun to cover as The #MichiganOpen . 6th straight year I’ve been up here & it’s always a fantastic experience .The Bear, 🐻 true test of the states best golfers in a state where golf reigns supreme

A 5 yr old was tortured because no one wanted to treat his pain from a compound fracture and repair. I just spoke with the dad and he’s willing to to testify. How many more will be forced to suffer?
