If you want that solid upper chest shelf, you need to be hitting it from all angles, not just bench pressing. Here’s 3 exercises that NEED to be in your rotation for real upper pec growth: 🔹 Bottom-to-Top Cable Flys — Stretch from the bottom and drive up with control to hit those upper fibers. — Constant tension on the pecs through the entire range. — Perfect for carving in definition and peak contraction. 🔹 Incline Champagne Presses — A hybrid of a fly and press, targeting the clavicular head of the chest. — Brings a deep stretch and a controlled squeeze at the top. — Great for isolating the upper pecs without heavy shoulder involvement. 🔹 Incline Smith Machine Bench Press (Volume Focus) — Lock in form and push more reps safely with machine stability. — Allows for controlled overload, forcing growth in the upper pecs. — Focus on high reps (10-15) with strict form for maximum pump.
