Crazy how fast it flew by. Huge thanks to everyone who participated or supported along the way.
Finished with a 3.5-mile run today. Looking back, I could’ve done better, but progress beats perfection. With BBQ season and summer drinks around the corner, it’s easy to get off track. Time to double down and keep my health a priority.
Might be time to sign up for another race. 🏃♂️🔥
