@OlaElectric On MoveOS4.0.5,I used to get only 60–70km range.After the 5.0.1 update,it slightly improved to 80–95km.But earlier on MoveOS4 and MoveOS5 beta1,I used to get 160–180km.This range drop is affecting my daily commute.Pls rollback my scooter to MoveOS 4.@jagograhakjago

I bought the scooter for essential commute,butNow it'sAlmostUnusable due toSevereRangeDrop & fast battery drain.The mainUSP-battery&speed-is failing me.Pls either rollback to MoveOS4 or give the MoveOS5 stable update by tomorrow.I can't keep beggingRepeatedly.

Yes, on MoveOS4, based on Customer feedback @OlaElectric allowed Cruise Control in Eco Mode,
You can set speed from 20 to 39 kmph.

Have first Gen S1 Pro. Help with this issue.See the Pictures. in the Scooter it says its Updated with Version 5.0.0.gen1.0624 and on the Bottom it says Moveos4.I havn't SEEN ANY FEATURES of Moveos5 in my Scooter.rebooted my scooter 3 to 4 times.But No solution found.What to do?

I would advice everyone to not go for any ola electric products. Their after sale service is absolutely pathetic. My scooter stopped working entirely after the MoveOS4 update, and i am yet to receive any tangible reply. It's 3 weeks since the incident. Save yourself the trouble!

Old customers are just like those 3rs use and throw pens. Once you've bought their scooter, they won't be able to give any service. And those who haven't updated to moveOS4, even Ola employees are saying DO NOT UPDATE because it's not stable.
