Migration will be a multistep process. First those with assets would move, then those in the middle class with jobs, who would follow the job founders/creators. Lastly, those without meaningful assets, skills, work ethic, would just riot wondering where "their" free stuff went...

I discovered this when making @HibbertMed with Claude Opus 4.5.... there is just a ton of knowledge in those neural nets. And it takes some coaxing to bring it out (for me, a multistep process to generate the medical articles). I don't think anyone really knows how much data can be stored in data structures that extend into thousands of dimensions, probably one of the reasons the human brain has almost unlimited storage as well.

The infographic is really good! ๐Ÿ‘ Thatโ€™s right. Prompt Engineering is like writing better instructions, but Harness Engineering is what makes AI agents a powerful and reliable system in the real world. Good prompts only make the model โ€œsmarter in one answerโ€. A good harness makes the agent can: โ€ข Remember the old context โ€ข Use tools correctly โ€ข Recover by yourself if there is an error โ€ข Result evaluation โ€ข Work on multistep tasks with reliability This is similar to the difference between โ€œcook who is good at following recipesโ€ vs โ€œchef who organises the entire kitchen team inventory quality controlโ€. The future of AI is not just a bigger model or a more advanced prompt, but a system around a powerful model. Thank you for the insight, Mahnoor! ๐Ÿ”ฅ

Scattered info like large data entry where you donโ€™t know what you want same with retreival in that case Or multistep things that are hard and annoying Or messy shit like organizing finances, people would rather say โ€œI spend x on y todayโ€ and thats it everything happens for

it's even better on open problems, mostly due to bredth of thinks it analyzes at the same time which I havent seen in any model before as it was usualy a most common pitfal that models became narrowminded with time and context when fable is able to more easyly get back to form on long context, have ready multistep analysis which I don't see being done (latent procesing?) it really seems unusual like some unique architecture element Qwen had some pararel scaling training/inference and I also tried pararel decoding it has a nice flawour of outputs but I didin't have $ to test it on large enough model (even Q27B) to compare effects

Things are turning. Adoption and that singularity event. Over the past month or so I put my head down and focused on becoming proficient in Claude Code. Subscribed to Claude Pro. Sat there for a week trying to think of a project. (This is the wrong way to approach it but bear with me) I started with a project and it was a disaster ๐Ÿ˜‚ So many loose ends. I didnโ€™t have a clear vision. I scrapped it. A week gone because I didnโ€™t want to upgrade or buy more tokens lol. 5 hour rule kills me btw! I got focused. Started small and built on top of it piece by piece. Got to the final mile and took about a week to fine tune it. Learned about setting up my MacMini and creating a tailscale VPN. I was so proud! Then Fable 5 came out and I upgraded to Max. And I build my second, more complex project, integrated into my new app. Did it in 2 days. All those things I took a month to learn donโ€™t even matter anymore ๐Ÿ˜‚ Now, I just build them as I work. It is always to automate multistep workflows. This is the play. Took me a month to figure out! Those builds are even better than my app. And Iโ€™m not just sitting there trying to think of what to build, I just build as I go. Code adoption is going to take off. Data centers are a commodity. The power wall is here. Donโ€™t let the chop take your conviction. The race is on.

One Fluton update that deserves more attention: Most privacy projects are focused on hiding transactions. @FlutonIO roadmap is moving toward something bigger: โ€ข Private swaps โ€ข Private bridging โ€ข Private lending โ€ข AI assisted intent execution โ€ข Multistep encrypted execution
Tech is less about hiding transactions & more about protecting decision making. In traditional finance, large participants rarely broadcast their strategies before acting.@FlutonIO bring confidentiality to onchain interactions through encrypted intents and private execution infra

made something similar yesterday with Fable 5: a multistep workflow, extracting beats from prose, converting them to json prompts that open and edit on a browser, save, then send them to comfyui for generation. All done with LM Studio server powering phase 1 & Comfyui for phase 2
