Juri is not just a great singer and performer, he also writes amazing solo tracks like "Sorry" and "No Cap". Juri began his career at the age of 12 in 'Tanaka Express No. 3', playing the younger version of the main character Ichiro Tanaka. Juri is currently starring in the TV drama "I KILL" and will star in the play "ぼくらの七日間戦争 (Seven Days War [Bokura no nanoka-kan sensô])" from August 24 to November 9! Juri joined Johnny & Associates on April 20, 2008, after passing an audition as a backup dancer at a Hey! Say! JUMP concert. SixTONES was formed in 2015 when Juri along with his bandmates performed in "Johnny's Ginza 2015" but didnt officially debut as a group till 2020 with the release of their history-making single "Imitation Rain", composed and arranged by X Japan's legendary Yoshiki, which sold 772,902 CD copies in a single day, eventually crossing one million in a week, topping the Oricon Chart. On July 22, 2020, SixTones released their chart-topping album single 'Navigator', which became the opening of 'The Millionaire Detective Balance: Unlimited'. "New Era", was released on November 11, 2020, and became the OST of 'Yashahime: Princess Half-Demon'! SixTones released their first album, '1ST' on 6 January 2021 and topped both the Oricon Albums Chart and Billboard Japan Hot Albums Chart, selling over 467,000 copies in Japan in its first week! Their 2nd album, 'City', was released on January 5, 2022 and spawned their 4th chart-topping single, "Boku wa Boku Janai Mitai Da", released on February 17, 2021, which became the theme song for the movie 'LiarxLiar'. One song from the album, "Rosy", was used as the theme song for the Japanese dub of 'Spider-Man: No Way Home'. On January 4, 2023, SixTONES released their 3rd studio album 'KOE' which topped the Oricon Albums chart selling 517,203 units. The album was certified 2x Platinum by the RIAJ. In 2023, SixTones collaborated with Yoshiki to perform "Imitation Rain" in the documentary film 'Yoshiki: Under the Sky'. On January 24, SixTONES released their 4th studio album 'The Vibes' which topped the Oricon Albums chart, selling 496,565 units. In April, 2024, SixTONES, officially joined Starto Entertainment, a new agency. On January 15, 2025, the group dropped their 5th Oricon chart-topper, 'Gold', which has sold 422,041 units so far! On March 19, 2025 SixTones released its 14th Oricon chart-topping single "Barrier" followed by " their 15th single "BOYZ" (June 2025), their 16th single "Stargaze" (September 2025), their first best-of album "MILESixTONES -Best Tracks-" (January 2026), and the 17th double A-side single "Ichibyo / Rebellion" (March 2026). SixTONES has sold over 6.5 Million physical records in Japan so far! Six Tones are a Powerhouse Live Act! In 2025, they embarked on their first hugely successful "five dome tour" which kicked off at the Tokyo Dome on January 24, visiting Fukuoka, Osaka, Hokkaido, and ended in Aichi on April 14 2025, after 13 sold out shows!
