- We started with the same issue - removing manual efforts, tracking and recording.
- Myoperator / Exotel, all have outgoing network issues. Tata Cloudtelephony worked out the best for us.
- any IVR number's spam rate is usually higher, so pickup chances of outgoing calls decline
- People usually tend to call back on number they've been called from, so you'll need to map exactly incoming / outgoing numbers
- We ended up dropping all IVRs, still trying to figure out the best bet.
- If eliminating manual effort - Tele Crm / Tata Tele can work
- If you need spam protection - maybe Telecaller's Verified Business plan might help
