Mark Meer gained worldwide acclaim as the male Commander Shepard in BioWare's Mass Effect trilogy (2007-2012) and Mass Effect: Andromeda (2017), voicing the customizable protagonist with gravitas and humor. He also provided voices for hanar, vorcha, Blasto, and Niftu Cal across the series.
His BioWare collaborations extend to Dragon Age: Origins (2009), Dragon Age II (2011), and Dragon Age: Inquisition (2014), where he voiced characters like Bartrand Tethras, Athenril, and others. Meer contributed to Baldur's Gate: Enhanced Edition (2012) and Siege of Dragonspear (2016) as Rasaad yn Bashir and more.
Other credits include William Mackenzie in The Long Dark (2014-ongoing), Sarge in Green Hawk Platoon, Daedalus in MythForce (2023), and roles in Jade Empire (2005), Slayaway Camp (2016), and Sniper Fury (2017).
In film and TV, Meer starred as October in Tiny Plastic Men (2012-2015, 24 episodes), and appeared in shorts like Firmware (2024, voice), Gordon: A Batman Fan Film (2023), and No Disintegrations (2022). He played roles in web series such as Bucketheads (2021-2024), Call of Cthulhu: Bookshops of Arkham (2022-2023), and L.A. by Night (as Chaz Price).
