Most of the stocks I really like for the long-term are at 52-week highs and so I'm not buying. But, saying that, Canadian banks are high on that list, so are REITs like $GRT.un, $CHP.un, and $NET.un. $DOL.to is a terrific company. $TRI.to is excellent too. $IMO.to is the class of the energy sector. Hard to choose only five!

I own a small position in $NET.UN. It is a small retail REIT. Their building locations are excellent and they have quality tenants. Management seems to be competent. Their tenants in my town are Walmart, Tim Horton and a small strip mall with A&W, Beau Soir (Petro Canada), etc.

$NET.UN looks incredibly cheap and overlooked. Anyone here have any goood research on it? I’m looking to increase my REIT exposure as I think a lot of the Canadian names are heavily discounted and priced for no success.

Canadian Net REIT is a hidden gem. • Only net lease REIT in Canada • Higher cap rates, lower competition • 3x Faster historic FFO growth than US peers Yet it trades at just ~10x cash flow and a near 6% dividend yield. $NET.UN $O

This is going to sound very stupid but there are som fantastically priced REITs that I believe are prime to be acquired right now. $HR.UN - 60% of book value. $MRG.UN - 40% of book value. $NET.UN - 50% of book value. How low do some of these names have to go before PE buys?

Canadian Net REIT came out with 2025 earnings last night: - FFO $0.663/unit, up 10% - Rental income up 7.1% - NOI up 6.9% - AFFO up 12% - 52.5% FFO payout ratio I expect a distribution raise in the summer. Nice numbers, still trades for 9x FFO (way too cheap, IMO) $NET.un

$NET.UN, a TSX-venture, a smaller city, Quebec-focused, neccessity-based retail REIT, still rocking at 100% occupancy. FFO growth of 9% YoY. Planning more accretive growth opportunities in a niche market.
$NET.UN (TSX-venture listed🇨🇦CRE #REIT), reports Q3 occupancy at 100% with a low payout ratio of 55% (7.2% yield) with 12 consecutive years of distribution increases. So far they've sold 3 properties *above* NAV values - hearing that a lot in the space this year.
