New Cinnamomum sesquiterpenoids protect heart. Researchers have isolated five novel sesquiterpenoids from the fruits of Cinnamomum migao (a prized Miao ethnomedicine, “Da-guo-mu-jiang-zi”), guided by molecular networking, a cutting-edge MS/MS strategy that accelerates discovery of bioactive unknowns.
