I love the reciprocity of #NHMLates not only do we get to display specimens from our scientific collections but we get to have excellent chats with interesting folk. I always learn something new ππ¦π
##NHMLates Birds, brilliant and bizarre, but also INSECTS! Strong #SmallOrders representation! From thrips to aphids to locusts to the beautifully deadly dragonflies! Insect wings and their amazing diversity right here! @NHM_Science

Thinking about the best questions I had last night at #NHMLates@NHM_London when discussing #sharks and their #senses.
'Do sharks menstruate?'
π€π€π€π€π€ (Off to check if they do it in some sort of form)
All done and waiting for the train home! Absolutely starving π
Fantastic night talking #SharkSenses with @NHM_FossilFish at #NHMLates, talked to so many people!
If anyone interested in #NatSciFashion was wondering, butterflies won over dinos π¦π¦π¦π¦π¦

Had a great time at #nhmlates last night with @Hungry_Shark talking to people about some of the #sharks which feature in the game. Great to be back out talking to people. Some really great questions.
Hope everyone enjoyed it π¦
Exploring nature doesn't need safaris or scuba diving in coral reefs. You don't need to be an ecologist or be able to ID every plant and bug.
There are so many creative ways to engage with nature! Embrace them all!

Last night was incredible. The @RPGeeksDnD first live event was standing room only and an absolute riot! An interesting challenge to role play as a Dik-Dik/giraffe/jellyfish/butterfly/T-rex!
So unbelievably proud of this beautiful group of nerds.
Doesn't Hope look beautiful after dark? π
