$NVO GGG UBT ..no tolerability details which was what people wanted to hear ? Very far from market .. no data on GGA ? I don’t beleive this NN-419 is competitive at all
$PFE GLP1 R data per expectation. Performance as per single GLP1 .. question if consumers really prefer monthly vs wkly or q 2 Wk particularly with an inferior to TZP drug ? With slower escalation efficacy will go down as well
$AZN data . Weak efficacy. The whole small molecule class success depends on Lilly orfor performance next weeks and months. Lilly orfor seems the BIC in this category from tolerability at least.
$GPCR drug . Big tolerability issue even with 2.5 mg start .. which will definitely drop efficacy
$zeal GLP1 Glucagon molecule performance is the worst by far and hard to see the drug making any penetration

While Novo and Lilly are currently leading with oral GLP-1s, the pipeline now includes monthly injections, next-generation triple agonists, amylin-based therapies, and additional oral drugs that could reach the market later this decade.
The key question may no longer be whether there will be enough patients, but how market share and pricing evolve as more competitors enter what could become one of the largest pharmaceutical markets in history.

many examples but most striking in obesity. $LLY $NVO $VKTX $GPCR $KLRA If anyone asked that question a couple of years ago , would have predicted $LLY and $NVO trajectories. Even for the oral , consumer telling the difference much quicker than I thought.
And for the other smaller ones just give it a year or two for the picture to clear.
