The draft changes #NationalConstructionCode for #NCC2025 in assisting future #electrification and #EVcharging in homes include:
- Requiring more switchboard capacity for a new house (Class 1 building) (Clause 13.7.10).

In 2021 governments across the country agreed to make changes to the #NationalConstructionCode so that new Australian homes were #accessible.
@BetterHomesAus will be watching the #BuildingMinisters Meeting to ensure every government implements the changes as agreed.
