#𝐍𝐮𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐖𝐞𝐞𝐤𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 | 𝐓𝐨𝐝𝐚𝐲, 𝐔𝐠𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐚 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐥𝐢𝐚𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐀𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐨𝐧 𝐅𝐨𝐨𝐝 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐍𝐮𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐒𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐍𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐤𝐞𝐡𝐨𝐥𝐝𝐞𝐫 𝐃𝐢𝐚𝐥𝐨𝐠𝐮𝐞 𝐨𝐧 𝐍𝐮𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐀𝐜𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐨𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐲 𝐥𝐚𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝟓𝐭𝐡 #𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐥𝐢𝐚𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐲𝐍𝐮𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐖𝐞𝐞𝐤 𝐚𝐭 𝐆𝐨𝐥𝐝𝐞𝐧 𝐓𝐮𝐥𝐢𝐩 𝐇𝐨𝐭𝐞𝐥 𝐊𝐚𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐥𝐚. The event was organized in partnership with the @FRAUGANDA under the #CASCADE project, @FianUganda, @ConsentUganda, and @pelum_uganda. Under the theme: “𝐍𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐌𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐬, 𝐄𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐅𝐮𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞”, stakeholders discussed strengthening political commitment and increasing resource allocation for evidence-based school feeding and nutrition programs at both national and sub-national levels. The dialogue also reviewed commitments made by district leaders during previous Nutrition Weeks held in Kamwenge (2024) and Moroto, Karamoja Sub-region (2025). The meeting brought together parliamentarians, CSOs, duty bearers, media practitioners, academics, and development partners to advance nutrition accountability and healthier futures for Uganda’s children. #SchoolFeeding #NutritionAccountability #Health #FoodSecurity #Uganda
