Ok, now we’re getting somewhere. I can relate. Jan 2015 I underwent Chemo for NetCancer myself. It’s scary. And I was VERY lucky, I was stage 1. I can’t even imagine how scary this has been for you.

➡️ Register at ncf.net/events/mar2026 Join us for a discussion of targeted therapies in neuroendocrine cancer, one of the fastest-growing areas of NET treatment. Unlike traditional chemotherapy, targeted therapies focus on specific pathways or features of cancer cells. Understanding how these treatments work can help patients feel more confident and informed when discussing options with their care team. In this session, Dr. Rohit Thummalapalli, medical oncologist at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, explores novel, innovative targeted treatments used or being studied in NETs, such as DLL3 and antibody–drug conjugates (ADCs). Dr. Thummalapalli will explain what these therapies are, how they work, and why they are becoming increasingly important in NET care. Whether you’re newly diagnosed or considering later-line treatments, this webinar will help you better understand the evolving landscape of targeted therapy and what it may mean for your care. #NeuroendocrineCancer #NETCancer #TargetedTherapy #cancereducation #cancerresearch #ncfcancer #NeuroendocrineTumor

Today, we honor a 60-year legacy — and look ahead with purpose. After nearly 60 years of service, the @CarcinoidNETs (CCF), founded by Dr. Richard R.P. Warner, has announced it is closing operations. We are honored that the Neuroendocrine Cancer Foundation (NCF) was chosen as CCF’s successor organization. Over the past two years, NCF has worked closely alongside CCF to ensure continuity of support. 💙What This Means for Our Community: 🧡A new, unified Neuroendocrine Cancer Provider Directory — developed in partnership with the Neuroendocrine Tumor Research Foundation (NETRF) — will launch later this year to help patients connect with experienced providers 🧡The Patient Support Line will continue 🧡Luncheon with the Experts (LWTE) webinars will continue 🧡Stories of Hope will continue to amplify patient and caregiver voices We are deeply grateful to CCF and to Keith Warner and @GraceGoldstein for their decades of leadership, service, and unwavering dedication to the NET community. Their confidence in NCF is something we do not take lightly. Our commitment remains clear: no one facing neuroendocrine cancer should feel alone. We will continue building on this legacy with trusted education, compassionate support, and meaningful connection. — The NCF Team #NeuroendocrineCancer #NETCancer #ContinuingTheLegacy #PatientSupport #cancercommunity #NeuroendocrineTumor #netawareness
