A great victory on paper, but how exactly do you plan to police the 70% of kids who will just bypass this using VPNs and fake dates of birth? All this does is drive their online activity further underground where it's even harder to monitor.

A prime example that the Tories are no different to Labour. They are going down the same censorship route as Labour. If you do not want censorship then never vote Conservative. Conservatives the censorship party.

There are parental controls built in to both operating systems. It’s a pity neither you nor the government saw fit to publish how to access there parental controls in the meantime. Apple have already introduce a system whereby you have to verify your age.

So untrue. Many professionals disagree with a ban. And I don’t need other people to protect my children.

You are an enemy of the people. This has zero to do with safety & everything to do with authoritarian censorship.
Enjoy having zero seats come the next general election.

I hear the concern, but I’m quite capable of being a responsible parent without the state doing it for me.

A rape gang inquiry would protect kids, but parliament blocked it. Explain this - can you think of any reason for the parabolic increase in child rape in the klast ten years?
