This week, we had the opportunity to welcome the first cohort of WeGrow participants to the beautiful surroundings of Killeavy Castle for their onboarding event. Over two days, our delivery partners @wibni and @Network_Ireland facilitated masterclasses focused on growth and strategy, as well as conversations with partners and previous growth programme participants, who shared the important role the programme played in their business’ success. Participants even had some time to explore the local area with a ‘Netwalk’, whilst finding out more about their peers. That blew the cobwebs away! 🚶‍♀️ Last Friday we took on the Chesterfield Construction & Property Netwalk thanks to @AcrisureStadium @rodgersleask We did a loop through the Hope Valley from Edale in windy and wet conditions but was really enjoyable. A great end to the week!
