I attended an AI Startup Day Hackathon at IIM Lucknow. I went expecting talks and networking. But I left with something else. A reminder that the future doesn’t get built in isolation. Seeing founders talk about problems they’re solving, students building under pressure, people exchanging ideas, debating, creating, failing, improving… it felt different from watching things online. You realize innovation looks less like perfection and more like people showing up and trying. One small thing I noticed: The people doing interesting work weren’t waiting to feel ready. They were building anyway. That stayed with me. Grateful for the conversations, the energy, and everyone who made the event happen. Days like this make you think bigger.
