In many cases there are more back-ups than starters on our teams. Coach and acknowledge everyone! Thatβs our job. Foster a sense of belonging and motivation among all players. Develop depth and versatility, making them more resilient and competitive. Encourage a growth mindset, where players are constantly learning and improving.

We are starting a scholarship fund this year and hope to continue to do this every year. We try and help out any player that needs assistance financially but there is only so much we can do. We donβt want any player left behind. #noplayerleftbehind
