Great answers! She was indeed very drowsy but still somewhat awake as you mentioned! We felt these we theta bursts of drowsiness, sometimes referred to as RMTD. We believe these were the “sharps” that were read as abnormal but the prior EEGer #MedEd #NormalVariants
