NOT JUST NUMBERS — THIS IS CANADIAN LIFE GETTING HARDER

This is parents pretending they are not hungry so the kids can eat.
After years of inflationary spending, weak growth, and endless government re-announcements, Canadians are now living the bill.
Business investment is falling. Household debt is rising. Food insecurity is no longer a hidden problem — it is now sitting at the kitchen table of working families, seniors, and children.
In Waterloo Region alone, thousands of children are living in food-insecure households. In Calgary, seniors are turning to food banks because fixed pensions can no longer keep up with real prices.
This is the brutal truth:
When government calls it “policy,” families call it survival.
When politicians call it “transition,” workers call it lost opportunity.
When Ottawa says “affordability,” Canadians ask: affordable for who?
Canada does not need more recycled announcements.
Canada needs discipline, accountability, lower costs, less waste, and a government that understands the pain of ordinary people.
Numbers do not cry.
