there you go with a snippet. I hope I understood. If not, let me know. I basically loaded an image with lots of green with OpenCv, saved it as NPY, loaded it as NumpyArray. Then created a green mask and bitwise it so I can extract all the green from it.

こんなものが生えていたのですね。カオス…。 正直モチベーションがよく分からないです。TF離れはデータの型に不満があるわけではない気がします（むしろTF1つでtf.EagerTensorもtf.TensorもNumpyArrayも扱おうとすることでtf.functionやgradientTapeやAutoGraphがめちゃくちゃになるのがキツい）。

(4/4): Numpy-arrays are still more universal. More languages have emitters and parsers. The incoming spec proposal locks down the NumpyArray to a common subset that will make the parsers for NumpyTiles require even less complication (fixed endianness, fewer dytpes).
