It’s regarding the fact that Virgin bought 02 but since O2 don’t have a contact centre or anyone with any compassion what so ever, I thought I’d reach out to the company that bought them to see if you can help me.
Basically
@O2 have taken over £3k from my account over the past 4 years following a failure from
@O2 to cancel a contract I had with them. I have spent the last 11 weeks discussing this with
@o2businessuk and have spent over 12 hours (not consecutive) of my time on the phone to them to retrieve the funds you have taken

I have been told over and over again (over the last c30days) that the fund would be paid back to my account, but yet today I was told I have to speak to my bank to ask where my money is?
