@O2 Formal complaint ignored. £350 overcharged, refund promised but not paid. Wrong phone delivered twice, still without phone. Account merged with another customer (data breach). Partner pregnant. Urgent response needed. @o2businessuk

@o2businessuk I have spent about 4 hours on the phone to your account team which Inassume is in Asia somewhere. You sent my bank overdrawn by trying to take a large erroneous amount from the account, you then cancelled the Direct Debit, did not tell me you did this, but started to charge me for not having a DD! You then black marked my account of 5 years for bouncing the DD which you tried to take in error! Shocking… I will be moving to @VodafoneUK

It’s regarding the fact that Virgin bought 02 but since O2 don’t have a contact centre or anyone with any compassion what so ever, I thought I’d reach out to the company that bought them to see if you can help me. Basically @O2 have taken over £3k from my account over the past 4 years following a failure from @O2 to cancel a contract I had with them. I have spent the last 11 weeks discussing this with @o2businessuk and have spent over 12 hours (not consecutive) of my time on the phone to them to retrieve the funds you have taken From me. I have been told over and over again (over the last c30days) that the fund would be paid back to my account, but yet today I was told I have to speak to my bank to ask where my money is? I’d like someone from the UK to get in touch with me please

I cancelled an @O2 @o2businessuk business mobile back in July. Every month I call O2 business call centre (it seems to be on the Indian Subcontinent somewhere) to try to resolve the issue, every month promised it will be sorted. Yet again charged another month for that number

@O2 @o2businessuk have caused me no end of problems with no resolution since 7th February 2025. Terrible service all round, no support, no service and now randomly cut me off without my authorisation. Disgusting.

Exactly, even if you don’t agree with everything someone says, you don’t resort to violence. People have lost a friend, a wife has lost her husband, a mother and father have lost their son, and two kids have lost their father. Some people just don’t have any respect.
