Just had a threatening letter from @HMRCgovuk for just over £6K. Usual harassment. I have 10 days dated from the date of the letter that is dated 3rd June and it’s arrived today 9th June. Because there is no longer a Royal Mail stamp mark dating when it was sent I am cynical enough to believe they pre date the letter before the date they send it to give you less time to act. Debt collectors threatened etc. Here’s the thing. I paid this on 2nd July last year. I guess it’s easy to make a mistake when you are probably ‘working from home’ on a beach in Spain. Cunts.

I came home from work last Thursday to a letter from HMRC - "Dear Mr xxx, we screwed your PAYE code up 3yrs ago. You owe us £3302". Letter was dated 21st May but only received on 4th June. They claim to have sent a previous 'reminder' at end of March, never received owt. They claim to have sent a calculation explaining how I owed it in November last year, never received that either. In any case, three fuckin years ago!!! 🤬 After spending over 1.5hrs on hold Friday morning only to get cut off, and nearly 2hrs again this morning, I finally got through to someone. I'm now £91.78 a month worse off for the next 3yrs, because of course I can fuckin afford that. Bloody boiler's been losing pressure every other day for nearly a year, finally managed to save up £400 to get it fixed, was going to be booking repair today, that's out the fuckin window. As is the summer holiday with the kids to a basic caravan in Great Yarmouth. Absolute bunch of cunts. 🤬😢 Words can't express how much I absolutely HATE HMRC. Especially knowing exactly where my taxes are going - scroungers, foreigners, foreign aid, bastard Ukraine, the list goes on and on. I utterly despise every single government we've had for my entire adult life (I'm 47). I'd probably despise the ones before that too but I wasn't paying much attention when I was a kid. x.com/RupertLowe10/status/20…

Under a Restore Britain Government, every foreign national will lose access to welfare. Healthy Brits who refuse to work will be given work. If they resist, they will lose their benefits. Hardworking men and women will no longer fund the indolent. The piss-take will end.

Ditto this…
If I'm ever murdered by an immigrant then I give full permission to the 'far-right' to 'hijack' my death and 'cause division' over it It's absolutely what I would have wanted

A very sad announcement. I have just been convicted a second time for 'hate speech' and it is only due to a technicality that I could not immediately be sent to jail —to the judge's frustration. In an ironic turn of events it's actually thanks to my previous prison sentence (for memes in a private group chat) that I am now still free —in a physical sense, at least. Call me naive but I didn't think they would take it this far, given that this precedent criminalises many of the arguments used by even the most moderate politicians critical of mass migration. In February 2024 I gave a lecture at Catholic University Leuven wherein I linked mass migration to crime and a deterioration of our quality of life. Every single point I made was 100% the truth and based on scientific evidence. Cynically, even the judge that convicted me admits as much by writing in his verdict: “Even if all of the statements made by Van Langenhove are based on scientific evidence and statistics, it makes no difference to the criminal intent. Van Langenhove is not charged with spreading false information. He is charged with presenting facts in a way that incites hatred against persons on the grounds of one or more of the protected criteria in the Anti-Racism Law.” That's a lot of words just to say he wants to send me to prison for speaking the truth. Even the regime media write: "It did not matter to the court that Van Langenhove was quoting scientific sources. The judge argued that Van Langenhove's main message was that a big part of the societal problems like insecurity, housing shortages and lowering educational standards are due to mass migration." You may think the regime media are being sympathetic to me in the first sentence, but in reality they are warning people: even if you speak the truth, if you go against our narrative, we will crush you in every way possible. Both the public prosecutor and the judge did not present a single real argument as to how or against whom I would have incited hatred. So even if I would accept their crazy, dystopic law, I still did not break it. The only argument they present is that I created a "hostile atmosphere of us versus them” in regards to migrants. But even this silly argument (which is not even a punishable offence) is not true. To me, the deadly disease is self-hatred and one of its worst symptoms is replacement migration. My enemy is thus NOT the migrants themselves but those orchestrating the mass migration. Sadly, in Belgium, evidence is not needed and ‘vibes’ are enough to put someone in jail. Given the fact that I have another court case coming up in September and that I have a dozen active criminal investigations for hate speech, time is running out for me. I have already paid more than €420,000 in legal fees and there is no ending in sight. I have been in an intense battle of attrition for eight years and must now regroup to make sure I can still win. If you want to help me, you can do so via the links below. If you can help in other ways, please contact me via DM. If you live in a country that still has free speech, never let them touch it, however noble they make the motives sound, because this is where it leads to.

A reminder that when the @SpeechUnion overturned Hamit Coskun’s conviction for burning a Koran (originally on the CPS charge paper it said he had allegedly harassed “the religious institution of Islam”), the CPS tried to overturn his acquittal to find him guilty of blasphemy. The evidence that he had caused “harassment, alarm or distress” was that a Muslim man swung a knife at him whilst saying “I’m going to kill you” in response. That guy was spared jail time, but the CPS tried everything to find Hamit guilty.
Surely the CPS has to go for another retrial for these two?!

APPLICATION TO TURN A CHURCH INTO A MOSQUE IN THURROCK A planning application has been submitted to extend and convert the Stanford Le Hope Methodist Church Hall at High Street, Stanford Le Hope, Essex SS17 0EY into a mosque. This is a beautiful old church and deserves to be defended. In 2021 this area was only 7.9% Islamic, with less enrichment in surrounding areas. essexlive.news/news/essex-ne… The Applicants say: “Increasing the floor area would be beneficial for the local community and the council.” The application will reduce parking spaces from 8 to zero. I am asking you for donations toward the out-of-pocket expenses of the campaign to resist it. I’m asking for £2,000. givesendgo.com/Thurrock As usual, none of the money goes to me but on the costs of fighting this application. Please forward🔁

Four death cultists drive through London in 2021 calling for the murder and rape of Jews. On video. The @CPSUK did nothing. The @CPSUK is just another captured institution. Get in the bin @CPSUK Four men from Blackburn (Mohammed Iftikhar Hanif, Jawaad Hussain, Asif Ali, and Adil Mota) were arrested in May 2021 on suspicion of racially aggravated public order offences. • They were later charged with “using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent likely to stir up racial hatred” (a more serious offence under the Public Order Act). • All four pleaded not guilty. • The Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) dropped charges against Asif Ali and Adil Mota in July 2022, citing no realistic prospect of conviction.
Prosecutors have been issued new legal guidance on the use of offensive banners, slogans, chants or symbols to recognise the changing context and increase in increase in hate crime attacks ahead of significant planned protests in London this weekend. orlo.uk/z2Tcn
