I just built and shipped the first fully onchain AI Agent.
No external API calls. No IPFS. No metadata files offchain.
The agent, the soul, the personality, the tools. All stored onchain.
Everything stays with the agent NFT forever as it transfers from human owner to human owner.

I even built the ability for sections of the agent's personality and tools to be upgradable by the human owner.

Bro, your larp project tried gaining recognition by using $ZERA in their templates.
You just redefined 'offline' to save face lol. $OFFCHAIN still needs a centralized online gateway for every single tx.
Feature phone spits out plain SMS → backend (with internet Solana RPC) parses, builds, signs and broadcasts it. 😅
That's not offline crypto, that's an SMS-to-RPc proxy with extra fees, latency, and a fat single point of failure. SIM swaps and carrier blocks say hi.
Real Solana offline txs means: pre-sign on air-gapped device then broadcast later.
If you have no signal at all in the mountains or disaster zones? Your whole system is dead.
Your example of a son transferring money to his elderly parents using a Nokia also collapses:

Then "they visit a nearby vendor who could offramp it for them" .
So the son (with internet) does the setup. Parents on Nokia can't set up or control the account themselves - they only send basic SMS commands after setup.
To actually use the received SOL?
They still gotta go find a "nearby vendor" for cash-out.
Which means:
Counterparty risk, scams, liquidity issues, extra fees token volatility.
SMS for money commands is insecure as hell (SIM swaps). Real mobile money like M-Pesa has way less friction without new central middleman or price swings.

Recipient holds it, verifies fully offline, and redeems whenever. No constant relayer required, unlike $OFFCHAIN 🙃
