Sudhir proudly describes his innovation as a combination of flames, induction, and microwaves. His startup, On2Cook India Pvt Ltd, has successfully secured seed funding of Rs 17 crore, achieving a valuation of Rs 100 crore.

But a microwave oven retained the colour, texture, volume, and most importantly, the nutrients,” he explained. As a result, Sudhir began utilising both the microwave oven and the stove for his cooking. This eventually inspired the creation of 'On2Cook.'

However, he was dissatisfied with the quality of food cooked on the stove. “The vegetables overcooked, and moreover, there was a need to add water to cook them. So they lost volume too.

Sudhir’s preference for home-cooked meals prevailed leading him to purchase a microwave oven to prepare quick and convenient dishes. Soon realising the impracticality of this approach in the long term, Sudhir felt the need to establish a small kitchen.

Fresh out of college, Sudhir landed his dream job but missed home-cooked meals. A bachelor at the time, he resided in a single-room apartment, dedicating himself to work.
