ALT 📱 I submitted my OnePlus Nord 3 at Thane Service Center on 11–12 July due to a serious issue (phone blast). Despite multiple calls and follow-ups, I received no senior support. 😔 I'm a class 12 HSC Science student, and my crucial Computer Science papers start on 2nd August. My entire study material is in the phone, and due to this delay, my preparation is being heavily affected. 📚 I requested urgent replacement or upgrade to Nord 5 as compensation due to safety concerns and mental harassment 😩, but was told the same model will be returned. This isn't fair after such a dangerous incident. The blast could’ve harmed me or damaged many new household items as we had just shifted to Mumbra 🏠. I feel mentally stressed, ignored, and unsafe. 😓 I demand strict action 🚨 and a proper compensation: OnePlus Nord 5 Buds for my disturbance, mental stress, and study loss. 🎓📉

The phone overheated to 46°C, started smoking, and then caught fire even though it was charging with the original OnePlus charger. I'm an HSC 12th Science student — my studies, safety, and peace of mind are all affected. The battery was already acting abnormally for the past few days. I had to act fast and remove the back panel to prevent an explosion. I contacted support, they just said “go to the service center.” Is this how OnePlus treats student customers?
