Every North Indian state should seriously think about how to develop like South India. I think one big reform should be reducing low job arts degrees and using that infrastructure for science, technology, healthcare, finance, commerce, and vocational education instead. If a course cannot help students get jobs without years of competitive exams and long selection processes, then the government should review it and reduce seats heavily.
