So I moved the decision out of the agent. OpenScope is an action broker. Claude Code never gets sudo or an SSH key. It gets named, scoped actions. The credentials stay inside the broker, and the policy that bounds it is root-owned, so the agent can't widen its own access.

the bigger thing this is in service of: predictive processing, the theory that the brain is constantly predicting what comes next and updating from prediction errors. when expectations break, you get a mismatch signal.

Our weekly meeting for the OpenScope Predictive Processing community project is cancelled for tomorrow. We are currently collectling datasets both on the Neuropixels and SLAP2 platform. At our next meeting, we aim to introduce those datasets to allow analysis by the community.
