UPDATED GUIDANCE: ABCD and PCDOS have revised our guidance to support switching from Levemir insulin.
Just 6 months to go until Levemir’s anticipated supply end, with Abasaglar now unavailable for switching and very limited extra supply of Humulin I.
Our most recent data shows over 40,000 people were still remaining to be switched at the end of Q2, so please share the guidance and put it into practice!

🚨 مهم لكل مريض يستخدم الإنسولين القاعدي ليفيمير / لكل طبيب لا زال يصرفه
🔺 توقف عن استخدامه لأنه بينقطع من سوق الأدوية
الشركة المصنعة أعلنت الإيقاف التدريجي لين نهاية 2026، الوقت كافي لترتيب البديل
ليفيمير كان الإنسولين القاعدي الوحيد اللي يُعطى غالباً مرتين باليوم والآن سيتم التحويل لبدائل أحدث
📌 للمرضى:
▫️ لا تغير إبرتك من الصيدلية بنفسك، استشر طبيبك وراح يساعدك لاختيار البديل الأفضل (مثل لانتوس أو تريسيبا أو توجيو)
▫️ راقب قراءات سكرك اليومية 4 مرات على الأقل وقت التغيير
▫️ انتبه لأعراض الهبوط في أول أسبوع من استخدام الإبرة الجديدة وبلغ طبيبك لتعديل الجرعة
✨ للزملاء الأطباء:
▫️ التوصيات المحدثة (ABCD/PCDOS) تشير إلى عدم وجود بديل مطابق 1:1 لليفيمير، وتُوصي بخفض إجمالي الجرعة اليومية بنسبة 10-20% عند التحويل لأي إنسولين قاعدي آخر لتجنب خطر الهبوط
▫️ في حال كان المريض يستخدم جرعتين غير متساوية من ليفيمير، نأخذ الجرعة الأقل ونضربها في 2 كحد أقصى، ثم نخصم منها 10-20% لتحديد جرعة البداية الآمنة ذات الجرعة الواحدة
▫️ المتابعة الدقيقة لقراءات السكر CGM/SMBG ضرورية جدا لعمل التعديل المناسب ومراجعة المريض خلال أسبوعين كحد أقصى للتقييم
◼️ إذا كنت طبيب رعاية أولية بإمكانك عمل التعديل لمريضك ويفضل إحالة الحالات التالية إلى استشاري سكر / غدد صماء:
1️⃣ جميع الأطفال والمراهقين، ومرضى السكري النوع الأول
2️⃣ مرضى السكري النوع (3c) أو السكري المصاحب للتليف الكيسي
3️⃣ مرضى القصور الكلوي المتقدم (معدل الفلترة eGFR أقل من 30)

PCDOS 6.1 was the first independent version of a Disk Operating System & tools released by IBM after splitting up with Microsoft.

4)HIMEMX＋JEMM386にFONTXでV-TEXT
をMultiConfigで切替えているが、Win3.1が動くのは3)の環境のみ。よくわからない。
