I like @poteto’s Pstack approach to skills, it feels closer to to the ethos & simplicity to Pi “engineer perspective” instead of other skill systems/sets. github.com/cursor/plugins/tr… By default it’s tailored to cursor but it’s all just markdown at this point. OpenProse is another good one.

start with nothing. don’t download any plugins or skills. no AGENTS.md either. just prompt and observe the failure modes. codify them into skills when they repeat. even better, write lint rules or structure your codebase so certain mistakes are impossible. every chef has their own set of knives, you should too or just use pstack heheh

have been trying @poteto's pstack plugin, it seems powerful but i'm still struggling to use it properly, i'm too deep in my habit of working sequentially with the agent
