#Colts QB Anthony Richardson says that he had to crawl around his house last week due to a disc problem in his lower back. He physically couldn’t walk.
He feels better now and could play in the team’s regular season finale.

How do you elevate your practice when you have no one to learn from? 🤔
Sure, I can read, take courses and research, but I'd love to be able to learn from more experienced, smart PTs! Afraid I'm "getting worse" since school was 4 years ago at this point.

As an educator, I totally agree. The problem is with the accrediting bodies for PTs. The knowledge lag is between 3-7 years! We have to teach how to practice AND how to take the exam. #PTProblems

I just had way too much fun reading all of those comments. Clearly there’s a lot of people who don’t understand rehab protocol. My favorite was the guy comparing this to his total knee. 🤣🤣🤣 #PTproblems

My L ankle dorsiflexion is less than my R. I'm not symptomatic of any complaints, but... do you all randomly assess your body side to side and wonder how long it's been asymmetrical?
